COVID-19 ORDERING PROCESS

 

ORDERING ONLINE

You can order as a guest or you can register an account.  An account makes it easy to re-order.

 

Choose the items and quantity you'd like to order.  They will be added to your shopping cart.

 

To view your shopping cart click on the cart icon at the top right of the menu.

 

If everything looks good in your cart, proceed to the checkout.

 

CHECKOUT

Enter your contact information.

 

Under the "delivery method" please select "ship" or "pickup".

 

Then continue to payment.

 

SHIPPING

Orders for shipping are generally packed on Sundays and shipped with Loomis or CanPar Monday morning.

 

PICKUP

You will receive an email letting you know that your order is ready for pickup, and asking you to choose a pickup time and date.


Timeslots

Timeslots are available seven days a week and scheduled half an hour apart; starting at 10 am and finishing at 7 pm. 

 

Curbside Pickup

When you come to pick up, please pull into our driveway.  You will come nose-to-nose with our closed sign where there are three large plastic tote bins (A, B & C).  Your order will have your name on it and will be placed in one of these bins (you will be emailed your pickup bin).

 

Curbside Etiquette

 

  • Please be respectful of others and BE ON TIME.
  • Pickup bins are disinfected following every pickup.
  • If your order is incorrect, please phone on (519-666-0132).

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your pickup, your order will be removed from the assigned bin and placed in the “LATE PICKUPS” bin.  After 30 minutes we will remove your order from the late pickups bin and bring it into the shop so it doesn’t overheat in the sun.  Please phone us to bring it out to you.

 

Please be assured that we are practicing strict protocols and taking every hygiene precaution when handling your order.  All newly arriving stock is quarantined for three days and sprayed and wiped down with a soap and bleach sanitizer.  We wear gloves at all times, keep our workspaces wiped down and sanitized, and we sanitize the handles and bins following every curbside pickup.
