True Blue Pond Dye

TRUE BLUE EZ SoluPak is a proprietary blend of environmentally friendly, nontoxic, water-soluble dyes formulated to reduce sunlight penetration and impart a natural blue color when applied to ponds, lakes, and fountains.

How Does it Work

TRUE BLUE EZ SoluPaks are protected by a unique, waterproof, foil-lined over pack to prevent accidental staining while handling. TRUE BLUE, and its water-soluble packaging, dissolve quickly and are nontoxic to turf grass, birds, mammals, reptiles, fish, or other aquatic species. Irrigation, swimming, and other recreational uses are approved during and following the use of this product. Applications to chlorinated water may require more frequent treatment.

Directions for Use

  • One EZ-SoluPak packet treats a 50′ x 100′ pond to a depth of 4’.
  • Tear open the foil outer packet and with 2 fingers and throw the inside water-soluble packet right into the pond.
  • Add True Blue EZ-SoluPaks to the water on a day with low wind. For better dispersal, toss in packe from an up-wind position.
  • Use every 4-6 weeks
  • True Blue Liquid is available in a gallon container for ponds that are smaller than 50′ x 100’.

We recommend using gloves to prevent skin contact during application. In case of contact, the dye can be easily washed off with soap and water.

To avoid staining, refrain from swimming or allowing pets into the freshly dyed water for the first 24 hours.

Safe for fish, plants, birds, and other wildlife when used according to label instructions.
