Dwarf Water Bamboo

Not in the bamboo family, although it resembles bamboo. Also known as Three Way Sedge. Dwarf Bamboo is a native grass in the sedge family. The leaves are ranked in threes when seen from above giving it the common name of Three Way Sedge.
