Rockin Foam Waterfall Foam
One 20oz can is typically required for a waterfall 2 feet wide and 2 feet long. Actual requirements will vary depending on size and shapes of rocks used and how flat and level the cascade rocks are.
Rockin Foam is a maximum yield/minimal expanding UV resistant black foam. Maximize yield and control with the all directional dispensing system and the reusable trigger and storage nub.
DIRECTIONS: Always wear gloves, eye protection and work clothes.
PREPARATION: Surfaces should be free of oil and dirt to promote adhesion. Connect straw to adapter. Carefully screw onto patented valve. With trigger assembly attached, shake can well for 30 seconds. Holding upright, activate trigger until foam begins to dispense. Elongated trigger enhances the control of foam dispensed.
For best results, apply in temperatures between 60-100°F (16 – 38°C).
APPLICATION: Foam can be dispensed at any angle. For best results, use upside down and apply in spaces with 40% or greater humidity. Fill gap no more than 1/3 full, allowing room for expansion. Foam will continue to dispense for a few seconds after releasing the trigger- keep the straw moving to reduce the possibility of overfilling. Foam is tack free in 30 minutes. Foam may be trimmed, sanded, caulked or plastered in 1 hour.
CLEAN-UP: If wet foam contacts skin, clean immediately with a dry rag – DO NOT USE WATER – water accelerates curing. Cured foam must be removed mechanically from surfaces. Uncured foam can be cleaned from most surfaces with acetone. Do not attempt to remove cured foam with solvents. If foam dries on skin, apply generous amounts of petroleum jelly or lanolin, put on plastic gloves and wait 1 hour. With a clean cloth, firmly wipe off residue and repeat process if necessary. DO NOT use acetone or other solvents to remove product from skin.
STORAGE: Store can upright below 90°F (33°C). With trigger nub, may be restarted for up to three weeks. To restart, cut end off straw (removing cured foam), shake well and apply as directed above.
Minimal Expanding Foam
- Better density for secure rock placement and design
- Less propellant in the can and less trimming of wasted foam
- Better control during application
Patented dispersing trigger
- Dispenses in any position
- Reusable system (system allows multiple uses from same can...no gun applicator needed)
Black Color
- Uses carbon for the black color; not dye
- Reduces ultraviolet deterioration of foam
- Blends quickly with rocks and disappears behind flowing water
20oz can
- Right size for the job (no one uses just one 12 oz. can when creating a water feature)
- Better value – larger can allows lower unit cost
- 2 Year shelf life from Date of Manufacture
