Security Standards

Shopify uses industry-standard GeoTrust security to ensure that manufacturers, consumers, and retailers can connect, communicate, and transact with confidence.

All Shopify stores include a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart.  In addition, Shopify's ecommerce hosting and software is Level 1 PCI compliant.

Shopify is very serious about securely hosting our online store and has invested significant time and money to certify themselves PCI compliant.  From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, they work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.

Shopify features built-in security measures, including sophisticated encryption and authentication tools, to protect the security of the information that you share with us.

Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure ecommerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. We use industry-standard practices, such as encrypted storage and password protection systems, to safeguard the confidentiality of your information.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your contact information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our websites, and you do so at your own risk.
